Ng or Naf (<templatestyles src="Script/styles_arabic.css" />ݣ‎ or <templatestyles src="Script/styles_arabic.css" />ڭ‎) is an additional letter of the Arabic script, derived from kāf (<templatestyles src="Script/styles_arabic.css" />ك ک‎) with the addition of three dots above the letter. The letter was used in Ottoman Turkish to represent a velar Template:IPAslink and is still used for Template:IPAslink when writing Turkic languages.

Usage

In Ottoman Turkish, it represented the velar Template:IPAslink. An example is the word Script error: No such module "lang". (Script error: No such module "Lang"., 'sea'). The letter is used or has been used to write Template:IPAslink in:

It is also used in Moroccan Arabic for Template:IPAslink.

The Xiao'erjing script variant <templatestyles src="Script/styles_arabic.css" />ݣ‎ is used to spell Template:IPAslink in Sinitic languages such as Mandarin (especially the Lanyin, Zhongyuan and Northeastern dialects) and the Dungan language.

Other characters used to represent Script error: No such module "IPA".

Derived from the Perso-Arabic Script error: No such module "lang". (Script error: No such module "Lang".) and called Script error: No such module "lang". Script error: No such module "IPA"., is used in Sindhi for Template:IPAslink when written in the Arabic script.
