If you are on my talk page to add a posting about deleting one of my uploads, don't waste your time. I will not dispute any deletions. I am tired of jumping through flaming hoops to justify an upload only to have the rules lawyers add even more restrictions, invalidating the upload with yet another set of flaming hoops. Just delete anything I have uploaded and enjoy your text-only encyclopedia.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
Hi Epolk! I am Galendalia and I have revived the WikiProject for Spoken Wikipedia. I noticed that you signed up at some point to be a participant and as I am reviving this project, one of my tasks is to get the participant list in order. Would you please go to the Participants List and add your name and language(s) you speak? If you are already there and do not want to be, please remove yourself. If you want to remain, please put remain next to your name. If I do not see anything, I will move you to the inactive participant list. I am putting a timeline of 7 days on this action to help keep things moving along. It would also be great if you would be willing to join the task force for Pronunciation that would be awesome, as there are troublesome words we run into.
Thank you for considering joining us. If you decide to leave, I will be sad File:Cry.png to see you leave as so many people have done a great job on the recordings and any work you have done makes a significant difference.

I see you've had some problems with deletions you regard as unfair. I have not looked at any of these.
But I know the process can be annoying and that admins aren't always good at following the rules themselves! See how an admin treated my own early efforts. (That particular admin is now MIA. We do not even know why AFAIK.)
Anyway, if I can help in any way, drop me a line. Here will do, or you may get faster action by email or at my user talk page (ignore the notice there). Andrewa (talk) 16:28, 4 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Just a note to thank you for all the 'short descriptions' you've been adding to WP:ALPS-related articles. I have most of the mountains, huts, glaciers and mountain guides on my Watchlist, so I've been seeing a lot of your editing recently. It's appreciated. No worries! The Wikipedia app on my phone makes it easy to edit those and it's a great time killer when I'm sitting around waiting for something. :) Epolk (talk) 15:01, 19 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

You're invited to a zoom call, taking place on February 11, with the goal of improving the article on Los Angeles to Featured article status! I often find it daunting to approach the Big Subjects on my own—so if you, like me, want a time to sit down with fellow dedicated editors and tackle something important and complex, this is the zoom for you! I, unfortunately, have no way to transmit snacks over zoom; but I trust you to exercise good judgement and discretion in selecting snacks of your own. Hope to see you there—if you're interested, add your name here!

@Zzz plant Don't care anymore. Tired of fighting to keep life-saving organizations represented on Wikipedia when every single minor sports figure of middling ability in the past 150 years who has contributed nothing to society gets to stay.
Hi Epolk upon further reflection I agree with this sentiment, so thank you for making this point. I'm working now on adding non-primary sources to some of the other task forces. A few seem to potentially meet GNG; I will retract my prod for the Ohio page if/when I can find some substantive coverage in secondary sources, or you are welcome to contest it yourself. Thanks, Zzz plant (talk) 17:00, 3 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
@Liz I literally just made that and am creating articles for it as we speak. Go ahead and delete it if you are in such a hurry to delete things and it is that bothersome to have it empty for five minutes.
I'll come back when I have an article and recreate it when it won't offend sensibilities.
