Trilleck was appointed Dean of Hereford in 1352 until 1361,[2] and then served as Dean of St Paul's from 1362 to 1364.[3][4]

Trilleck was nominated as Bishop of Rochester on 6 March 1364 and consecrated on 26 May 1364. He died between 12 December and 25 December 1372.[5]
