Itaska Beach is a summer village in Alberta, Canada. It is located on the northwest shore of Pigeon Lake, west of Wetaskiwin.

The name derives from ispâskweyâw (ᐃᐢᐹᐢᑫᐧᔮᐤ),[1] the Cree words for "high trees on the edge of woods".[2]

Demographics

In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Itaska Beach had a population of 30 living in 14 of its 73 total private dwellings, a change of Script error: No such module "Percentage". from its 2016 population of 23. With a land area of Template:Cvt, it had a population density of Template:Pop density in 2021.[3]

In the 2016 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, the Summer Village of Itaska Beach had a population of 23 living in 10 of its 78 total private dwellings, a Script error: No such module "Percentage". change from its 2011 population of 20.
