Scour the various categories and sub-categories in it.wiki and scn.wiki looking for likely candidates for translation into English (see scn:Category:Sicilia and it:Categoria:Regione Sicilia, and Category:Articles needing translation from Sicilian Wikipedia).
Scour personal (and public) libraries for potential material to create articles on all matters Sicilian (allowing for all copyright laws and proper referencing).
Creation of all necessary templates, including Sicilian municipalities and other project related templates.
Messages sent to authors who have previously edited Sicilian related articles.
Scour existing Sicilian related articles for red links, add to correct sub-category below, may even need to create further sub-categories.

The Sicilian Provinces (li pruvinci siciliani) and their municipalities (li soi cumuna)

Provinces/Pruvinci

Pruvinci siciliani: Province of Agrigento; Province of Caltanissetta; Province of Catania; Province of_Enna; Province of Messina; Province of Palermo; Province of Ragusa; Province of Syracuse; Province of Trapani
All of these provinces could probably be expanded somewhat.

There are over 600 Sicilian municipalities, most of which are currently stubs or have not even been started yet.

This list needs to be anglicised where necessary, otherwise it makes sense to go with the official Italian name, but including the main Sicilian variants in the actual article. We may need a Sicilian municipality template - no - we have decided to run with the general template used for Italian cities - please follow use of categories as described in Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Sicily/List_of_Sicilian_municipalities.

The main monarchs have been done reasonably well (although all should be checked), the lesser monarchs probably need a bit more info. Then there are stacks of lesser nobles that have figured in the history of Sicily. Find them and add their names here! Adelaide, Regent of Sicily, Joan of England, Queen consort of Sicily, Queen Sibylla of Sicily, Constance of Aragon, Regent of Sicily, Margaret of Austria, Yolanda of Brienne, Isabella of England, King Frederick II and his lover Bianca Lancia, Manfred the bastard child of Frederick and Bianca who seems to have been recognised as legitimate by Frederick; Charles of Anjou who purchased the crown from Pope Urban IV, and who started the Angevin line of succession, but who lost the Island of Sicily in the Sicilian Vespers and was thereafter restricted to that part of the Kingdom on the mainland, from Rome south including the entire Italian peninsula.
