Violaines (Script error: No such module "IPA".) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France.[2]
Geography
An ex-coalmining region, Violaines is situated some Script error: No such module "convert". east of Béthune and Script error: No such module "convert". southwest of Lille, at the junction of the D167 and D947 roads.
