Re: Zuidas

Thanks for the kind words. I found the article when I was going through the ICE links pointing them at the appropriate destination pages since ICE is now a disambiguation page. slambo 18:01, August 30, 2005 (UTC)

List of hooligan firms

Hi, I thought it best to leave you a message about the edits on the above article to explain why they have been removed. If you check on the article there are a number of messages stating that firms should only be added if a verifiable source is also provided, and that any firms added without a source would be removed. Unfortunately no sources were provided for any of the firms you listed and so they have had to be removed. Please note that if any of the groups you listed are Ultras then they should be listed on the Ultras article. Thanks and best wishes. ♦Tangerines♦·Talk 17:06, 25 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Wow, this English wikipedia is getting worse on a daily basis. Migdejong 09:50, 27 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA

I saw that you prodded the article as "Horrible language", which isn't really a valid reason to delete. Do you not think that it might have been better to tag it with something from Wikipedia:Template messages/Cleanup#Plain old editing? I knew the article was there as I had already made some edits to it. However, because the editor's first language is not English I didn't want to keep editing it at the same time as him. I felt that to do so would possibly discourage a valid editor if I was correcting his English all the time. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 00:29, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

You are right. Thanks for your work. I was just a bit shocked to see my pictures in such a context. But, thanks! Migdejong 16:09, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

iPod

Yes, to the best of my knowledge, Wikipedia's software changed to allow the lowercase "i" in iPod from IPod. Hucz 21:56, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

It's the lowercase template that does the trick. Migdejong 01:01, 30 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image:G-14.jpg listed for deletion

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:G-14.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Prod and AFD

What you did is propose the article for deletion. That is a separate deletion process, somewhere between the regular deletion discussions and speedy deletion. I have added the correct templates to Vereniging Basisinkomen and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vereniging Basisinkomen. AecisBrievenbus 13:53, 17 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Okay, Bedankt!

Orphaned non-free image (Image:Sweet 75.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Sweet 75.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Do you want to opt out of receiving this notice? Hi. When you recently edited Leutes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dike (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ
