I'm Bruce from South Africa, and I discovered Wikipedia after reading an article on Jimmy Wales in the March 2005 issue of Wired. My first edit here (not counting a couple of sandbox experiments) was on 14 March 2005 when I corrected a category in Henry Cow.

My main areas of activity here are music, primarily Rock in Opposition / avant-rock, and literature, including science fiction and fantasy. I'm generally involved in a WikiProject or two and also do a little general article maintenance.

Please note: my username does not stand for Bruce Lee. There is no connection and the similarity is purely coincidental.
