Tracks of Life is an album by the American musical group the Isley Brothers, released in 1992.[1][2] The group was made up of Ernie Isley and Marvin Isley backing up brother Ronald.[3] The album peaked at No. 140 on the Billboard 200 and No. 19 on the Top R&B Albums chart.[4] "Sensitive Lover" was released as a single.[5]

Production

The album was produced by Angela Winbush and Ronald Isley.[6] The pair used synthesizers and keyboard bass on many tracks.[7]

Critical reception

Template:Music ratings The Indianapolis Star wrote that "the accent is on ballads, with 'Morning Love' and the dreamy 'Sensitive Lover' among the best."[8] USA Today noted that "Ernie's fret work is as sensual as Ronald's purring falsetto."[9] The Chicago Tribune determined that some of the tracks "are as achingly beautiful as anything the band recorded during its heyday in the late '70s."[10] The Boston Herald deemed the album "seldom more than a seductive display of professionalism."[11]
