The Gate of Sun (Template:Langx, translit. Bab el shams, Template:Langx) is a 2004 French-Egyptian war film directed by Yousry Nasrallah and based on the novel by Elias Khoury. It was screened out of competition at the 2004 Cannes Film Festival.[1]
Plot
The film spans 50 years of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict with a central group of Palestinian refugees who were expelled from the Galilee in 1948.[2][3]
