Targovishte Province (Template:Langx, transliterated Oblast Tǎrgovište, former name Targovishte okrug) is a province in northeastern Bulgaria, named after its main city - Targovishte. As of December 2009, it had a population of 129,675.[1][2][3]

Demographics

Technical Infrastructure
The length of the road network is 1,171.3 km, 77.6 km of which are first class roads. There are two railway stations on the major railway line Sofia- Gorna Oryahovitsa - Varna.
Targovishte Airport is located Template:Cvt from the city of Targovishte. However, it is not being used because of a lack of financial resources.
