Saint-Martin-du-Tilleul (Script error: No such module "IPA".) is a commune in the Eure department in Normandy in northern France. It includes the former parish of Tilleul-Folenfant.
History
St Germanus's Church (Script error: No such module "Lang".) was the burial site of the prominent Scholastic philosopher William of Conches, causing Antoine Charma to argue for the village as his actual place of birth.Template:Sfnp The tomb's funeral slab with William's effigy has since been moved to St Faith's Church in nearby Conches, however, in keeping with his usual association to it.
