The Diocese of Ibiza (Template:Langx) is a diocese of the Catholic Church comprising Ibiza and Formentera situated in the Balearic Islands and located in the ecclesiastical province of Valencia, Spain.
History
- 30 April 1782: established as Diocese of Ibiza from the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Tarragona
- 1851: suppressed under the Diocese of Majorca
- 1927: restored autonomy with the Apostolic Administration of Ibiza
- 1949: created as the Diocese of Ibiza suo jure.[1]
