Template:Short description Template:Infobox gene Regulator of G-protein signaling 6 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RGS6 gene.[1][2][3]

Members of the Regulator of G protein signaling (RGS) family have been shown to modulate the functioning of G proteins by activating the intrinsic GTPase activity of the guanine nucleotide-binding G alpha subunit.[supplied by OMIM][3]

Interactions

RGS6 has been shown to interact with STMN2[4] and DMAP1.[2]
