Pogonomelomys is a genus of rodent in the family Muridae endemic to New Guinea and nearby islands. It contains the following species:
- Grey pogonomelomys (Pogonomelomys brassi)
- Lowland brush mouse (Pogonomelomys bruijni)
- Shaw Mayer's brush mouse (Pogonomelomys mayeri)
