Periyanaickenpalayam is an industrial city and one of the suburbs of Coimbatore in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located along National Highway NH 67, Mettupalayam Road, an arterial road in Coimbatore.[1] Philanthropist K.Rangaswamy Naidu was instrumental in the development of Periyanaickenpalayam, which is popularly known as Bungalow Naidu.
India's largest textile machinery manufacturer, Lakshmi Machine Works, is in Perianaickenpalayam.

In Periyanaickenpalayam, 9% of the population is under 6 years of age.[2] Since the early 1990s, the city has been inhabited by migrant factories and textile workers.
