Novopavlovsk (Template:Langx) is a town and the administrative center of Kirovsky District in Stavropol Krai, Russia, located on the left bank of the Kura River. Population: Template:Ru-census2010 Template:Replace (2002 Census);[1] Template:Replace (1989 Soviet census).[2]
