Nothocestrum longifolium, the longleaf ʻaiea, is a species of tree in the nightshade family, Solanaceae, that is endemic to Hawaiʻi. It can be found in mesic and wet forests at elevations of Script error: No such module "convert". on the islands of Maui, Molokaʻi, Lānaʻi, Oʻahu, Kauaʻi.[1] It is threatened by habitat loss.

An analysis of the berries revealed them to be one of the most protein-rich of the fruits consumed by nestlings of Corvus hawaiiensis, the Hawaiian crow.[2]
