Order Process Summary
To place an order with Celestial Bloom, students fill out a Google Form with their name, school email, year group, tutor, and chosen product. After submitting, they receive a confirmation email with a pick-up time. Once ready, orders can be picked up during break. Payment is made before pick-up, and all personal information is kept private.
Behavior Policy Summary
Celestial Bloom promotes respectful and orderly behavior during all interactions. Disruptive actions like skipping the queue or causing chaos during pick-up will result in a warning system: after three warnings, the student will be banned from purchasing. Any orders made before a ban will be refunded.
