Myski (Template:Langx; Template:Langx) is a town in Kemerovo Oblast, Russia, located at the confluence of the Mras-Su and Tom Rivers, Script error: No such module "convert". southeast of Kemerovo. Population: Template:Ru-census2010 Template:Replace (2002 Census);[1] Template:Replace (1989 Soviet census).[2]
History
It was established as the village of Mysovskaya (Script error: No such module "Lang".), also called Myski and Beryozovy Mys (Script error: No such module "Lang".). It was granted town status in 1956.Script error: No such module "Unsubst".
Administrative and municipal status
Within the framework of administrative divisions, it is, together with fourteen rural localities, incorporated as Myski Town Under Oblast Jurisdiction—an administrative unit with the status equal to that of the districts.[3] As a municipal division, Myski Town Under Oblast Jurisdiction is incorporated as Myskovsky Urban Okrug.[4]
