Montefano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about Template:Convert southwest of Ancona and about Template:Convert north of Macerata.
Montefano borders the following municipalities: Appignano, Filottrano, Montecassiano, Osimo, Recanati.
