Megalophaedusa spelaeonis, in Japanese: Script error: No such module "Nihongo"., is a species of small, air-breathing land snail, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Clausiliidae, the door snails, all of which have a clausilium.[1]

Description

The height of the shell is 10–11 mm.[2] The width of the shell is 2.5–3 mm.[2]

Distribution

This species is endemic to central part[2] of Kumamoto Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan.[3]

It is endangered species (CR+EN) in Japan.[3]

Ecology

It lives in limestone caves.[2]
