Massimo Cannizzaro (born 3 April 1981) is a German football coach and former player.[1]
Life and career
Cannizzaro's parents, both from the Sicilian town of Modica, moved to Cologne, where he was born, to work in the gastronomy industry. In an interview, he said that italian footballer Roberto Baggio is his idol.[2]
Despite his hopes, he was never called up to the Italian U18 team. This would have extended his career to international football.[2]
