Marius Weyers (born 3 February 1945, in Johannesburg) is a South African actor.[1][2] He was married to Yvette Weyers (1946-2023), an artist, who died on 11 July 2023.[3] He lives in Rooi-Els in the Western Cape. He received international attention playing Andrew Steyn, a bumbling scientist in the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy (1980).[4] He appeared in Blood Diamond (2006).
