Le Mesnil-Lieubray is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
A small farming village situated by the banks of the Andelle river in the Pays de Bray, some Script error: No such module "convert". northeast of Rouen at the junction of the D921 and the D57 roads.
