Lasiurus is a genus of Asian and African plants in the grass family, Poaceae,[1] found primarily in arid regions.[2][3] The only known species is Lasiurus scindicus, native to drier regions of northern Africa and southwestern Asia, from Morocco and Mali to India.[4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15]Template:Excessive citations inline
