The Koshibito (in Japanese, variously: Script error: No such module "Lang"., Script error: No such module "Lang". or Script error: No such module "Lang"., all pronounced identically) were a people of ancient Japan,[1] believed to have lived on the southern portion of the shore of the Sea of Japan[2] in the ancient province of Koshi during the Jōmon period.
