Iboloji Layout (commonly referred to as Iboloji) is a residential estate in Rumuigbo, within the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. Its main entrance is located along Ikwerre Road, opposite the MCC and the Anglican Church of The Comforter. A Hydropet service station is situated adjacent to the estate's entrance.

The estate comprises several streets, including John Chukwu Crescent, Nwachukwu Street, and Worlu Eguma Street. In 2005, the estate's main road was paved with concrete through contributions from local residents. Subsequently, adjoining streets have been tarred by the government, improving accessibility and increasing property values.

Iboloji Layout includes private schools, hotels, and various small businesses. Adjacent to the estate lies a parcel of land that was once the subject of a long-standing dispute, which has since been resolved.

The estate is situated on land historically owned by the Rumuchiworlu family. The name "Iboloji" is derived from the Ikwerre language, reflecting the area's cultural heritage. Chief Egeonu is recognized as the head of the Rumuchiworlu family.
