The Hyundai S engine is Hyundai's first V6 diesel engine. It has a displacement of Template:Cvt.

Engine output varies by application. For the Hyundai Veracruz, it makes Template:Cvt at 3,800 rpm and Template:Cvt of torque between 1,750 and 3,500 rpm. For the Kia Mohave, it makes Template:Cvt at 3,800 rpm and Template:Cvt of torque between 2,000 and 3,500 rpm. The engine is rated at Template:Cvt city and Template:Cvt highway, and passes the US Emissions Standards.
