Hocine Haciane ConstantinTemplate:Family name footnote (born 7 July 1986 in Andorra la Vella)[1] is an Olympic and national record holding swimmer from Andorra.[2] At the 2004 Olympics, he was Andorra's flagbearer.[3]

He has swum for Andorra at the:

  • Mediterranean Games: 2009
  • GSSE: 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011
