Handiaya is a town and a nagar panchayat in Barnala district in the Indian state of Punjab.

Handiaya is a Nagar Panchayat and a town in district of Barnala, Punjab. The town is divided into 11 wards for which elections are held every 5 years.

Demographics

The Handiaya Nagar Panchayat has population of 12,507 of which 6,810 are males while 5,697 are females as per report released by Census India 2011.
