Gmina Wschowa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Wschowa, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Przemęt Landscape Park.
