Gmina Wizna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łomża County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Wizna, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". east of Łomża and Script error: No such module "convert". west of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population was 4,313 (4,344 in 2011).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Łomża Landscape Park.
