Gmina Suraż is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Białystok County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Suraż, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south-west of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 2,038 (out of which the population of Suraż amounts to 982, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 1,056).
