Gmina Starcza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Starcza, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south of Częstochowa and Script error: No such module "convert". north of the regional capital Katowice.
