Gmina Sarnaki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łosice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Sarnaki, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". north-east of Łosice and Script error: No such module "convert". east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 5,250 (4,996 in 2014).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Podlasie Bug Gorge Landscape Park.
