Gmina Pruchnik is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarosław County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Pruchnik, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south-west of Jarosław and Script error: No such module "convert". east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 9,551 (9,845 in 2013). Formerly classified as a rural gmina, it become urban-rural when Pruchnik became a town on 1 January 2011.

Apart from the town of Pruchnik, Gmina Pruchnik contains the villages and settlements of Hawłowice, Jodłówka, Kramarzówka, Rozbórz Długi, Rozbórz Okrągły, Rzeplin and Świebodna.
