Gmina Panki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kłobuck County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Panki, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". west of Kłobuck and Script error: No such module "convert". north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Upper Liswarta Forests Landscape Park.
