Gmina Myszyniec is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Myszyniec, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". north of Ostrołęka and Script error: No such module "convert". north of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 10,182 (out of which the population of Myszyniec amounts to 3,014, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 7,168).
