Gmina Karczew is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Otwock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Karczew, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south of Otwock and Script error: No such module "convert". south-east of Warsaw.
The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 15,919 (out of which the population of Karczew amounts to 10,396, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 5,523).
The gmina contains part of the protected area called Masovian Landscape Park.
