Gmina Janów Podlaski is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Janów Podlaski, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". north of Biała Podlaska and Script error: No such module "convert". north-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2006 its total population is 5,553 (5,468 in 2014).

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Podlasie Bug Gorge Landscape Park.
