Gmina Dukla is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Krosno County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, on the Slovak border. Its seat is the town of Dukla, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south of Krosno and Script error: No such module "convert". south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of Script error: No such module "convert"., and as of 2010 its total population is 14,926 (of which the population of the town of Dukla is approximately 2,000).

As of 1 January 2010, part of the gmina was separated to form the new Gmina Jaśliska.
