Gmina Bircza is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Bircza, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south-west of Przemyśl and Script error: No such module "convert". south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
