Gmina Baruchowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Włocławek County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Baruchowo, which lies approximately Script error: No such module "convert". south-east of Włocławek and Script error: No such module "convert". south-east of Toruń.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gostynin-Włocławek Landscape Park.
