Template:Italics title The funghellino (Template:Lit) is a short mushroom-shaped stand used in the Roman Catholic liturgy. It is placed on the altar at a Pontifical Mass to hold the bishop's and higher prelates' skullcap (zucchetto) during the Eucharistic prayer.
