Decline
On 1989, food trading and food processing operations, including live animal slaughtering, were suspended.[6] Cold storage services were also suspended in 2004 due to technical problems and viability concerns.[6]
There have been several attempts over multiple Philippines presidential administrations to sell off part of the property, including a public auction in 2009, but they all failed.[7] In November 2012, the Philippine government announced the sale of the Script error: No such module "convert". of the Script error: No such module "convert". property to Ayala Land, Inc.
