Evan Owen "Bill" Williams (September 26, 1889 – December 21, 1946) was an American football and basketball coach. He served as the head football coach at Drake University for one season, in 1932 season, compiled a record of 2–6–1. Williams was also the head basketball coach at Drake from 1932 to 1943, compiling a record of 113–115. He was the athletic director at Drake from 1932 to 1940. Williams committed suicide by hanging himself in a Des Moines hotel on December 22, 1946.
