Ed Burton

Burton attended Michigan State University as a freshman but dropped out in January 1958.[2] He played for the Allentown Jets of the Eastern Professional Basketball League (EPBL) from 1959 to 1962.[3] He won an EPBL championship with the Jets in 1962.[4] Burton was selected to the All-EPBL First Team in 1962.[3]
He played for the New York Knicks (1961–62) and St. Louis Hawks (1964–65) in the NBA for 15 games.
Burton's brother, M. C., also played basketball.[2]
