Doushan (Template:Zh) is a town of Taishan in southwestern Guangdong province, China.[1] Template:Asof, it has 1 residential community (Script error: No such module "Lang".) and 18 villages under its administration.[2]

There are approximately 88,000 overseas Chinese from Doushan living in over 90 countries and regions. It is also notable for eel farming.[3]

History

Doushan was founded as a marketplace for farmers to transport goods down the Doushan River.[4]
