Buffalo Grove station is on Metra's North Central Service in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The station is Script error: No such module "convert". away from Chicago Union Station, the southern terminus of the line.[2] In Metra's zone-based fare system, Buffalo Grove is in zone 4. As of 2018, Buffalo Grove is the 76th busiest of Metra's 236 non-downtown stations, with an average of 695 weekday boardings. This makes it the most-trafficked station on the North Central Service.[3]
